Therapy invites you to look at what is happening in your life, it's complexities and challenges, providing support in developing new strategies and ways of being in the world. Life is hard, and there are a lot of ways we are pushed beyond what we feel we can handle. Therapy offers support in those places. Inviting you to share your experience and then together, looking at the possibilities and choices, even when it feels like there are not many. First we give space for emotion, and practice being with emotion and then see what comes next.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Whatever you are struggling with is deserving of support and I hope you can get the support you need.
